You will have first refusal to appear as a 'guest interviewee' and also a sponsor of our pending 'Talent & Business Podcast', at NO extra cost. For any successful referral you make to another employer, we will add an additional FREE month to your usership agreement.
Due to the nature of the work we do, the risk associated with using Talent Flo Pro Unlimited is 'low to zero'. As a service-based business, we don't carry the kind of risk that could be associated with being a physical product-based company. For every piece of recruitment, we offer a FREE replacement option if any employee leaves within the first 3 months of their employment.

Yes. There is a fair usage policy, which means, any more than 10 hires within 12 months may be deemed excessive for this service. Salaries over £60,000 would be prohibited, and would be referred to parent brand: Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists, at a discounted rate. Some businesses may not qualify for TFPU based on their sector and/or skills required.
Yes, your 'usership agreement' is 12 months with 12 payments of £897+VAT per month, (or £9,000+VAT as an upfront payment incentive).
First, register interest with us via the button on this page. We would then make contact with you to qualify & confirm your onboarding to Talent Flo Pro Unlimited. You would then be able to submit your vacancies, as and when you have them. We will fill your job vacancies, for the 12 month duration. During the 12 months, we will ask for feedback, and towards the end of the 12 month period, we would send out renewal requests for another 12 months, for your consideration.
Yes. 31st March 2025 is the deadline date. After this date Talent Flo Pro Unlimited will only be available through selected channel partners, which will mean a large number of employers will not have access beyond this time.
