Why would Fordway do this, what would be the benefit?

Talent Flo Pro Unlimited gives Fordway an 'edge' over it's competitors. Talent Flo Pro Unlimited will share 15% of all revenues with Fordway. Also, for 'every 20th' business that signs up to use Talent Flo Pro Unlimited, via Fordway, we will donate £250 to a charitable cause of Fordway's choice. Fordway will have first refusal to sponsor (at NO cost) our pending 'Talent & Business Podcast'. We will also actively promote Fordway's service to our thousands of client-contacts on a systematic basis.

What are the risks to Fordway's customers?

As a service-based business, we don't carry the kind of risk that could be associated with being a physical product-based company. For every piece of recruitment, we offer a FREE replacement option for any employee who leaves within the first 3 months. Due to the nature of the work we do, the risk to a business using Talent Flo Pro Unlimited is 'low to zero'.

What is the risk to Fordway?

Zero risk. Using Talent Flo Pro Unlimited would be no different to a Fordway customer redeeming any other offer provided by any other strategic partnership. Fordway's customers would be making an educated decision to utilise Talent Flo Pro Unlimited, as a stand alone entity.

Why are you qualified to offer such a service?

Talent Flo Pro Unlimited is an extension of Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists. It's founders (Shimron Equiano & Claire Equiano) have worked in recruitment for over 30 years combined. They have built an internal database of 60,000 job seekers across multiple industries, as well as developing an international sourcing network team, based on 3 continents with access to millions of job seekers.

What if something goes wrong?

We have 5 star customer reviews, 30+ years of experience and 100's of success stories under our belt. The chances of something going irreparably wrong is highly unlikely. In the event of any type of issue, Talent Flo Pro Unlimited has the relevant business insurances in place and would work to find a solution to a problem.

Are there any restrictions for our customers that use Talent Flo Pro Unlimited?

Yes. There is a fair usage policy, which means, any more than 10 hires within 12 months may be deemed excessive for this service. Salaries over £60,000 would be prohibited, and managed on a separate contract - (only if the SME was happy to engage the parent brand: Jonothan Bosworth Recruiment Specialists for that purpose). Some businesses may not qualify for TFPU based on their sector.

Would Fordway be tied into a contract?

No, if it's not deemed necessary by Fordway. Talent Flo Pro Unlimited would ideally like to operate on a 'trial basis' to assess whether the service resonates with Fordway's customer base. If the interest is there, and the feedback is positive, then a rolling contract agreement could be put in place?

How would the process work?

Fordway's customers would register their interest with Talent Flo Pro Unlimited online. We would make contact to onboard them, and then they would submit their vacancies, as and when they have them. Talent Flo Pro Unlimited will fill their vacancies, for the 12 month duration. During the 12 months, we would ask for their feedback, and share it with Fordway, and towards the end of the 12 month period we would send out renewal requests.

What would you need Fordway to do?

Ideally, to send a campaign mailer (email and/or post) to it's UK based SMEs, with a link to our registration questionaire page. When a Fordway customer is enrolled as a user of Talent Flo Pro Unlimited, we would periodically inform Fordway. We would also submit feedback data.
